QUALITY CONTROL

The inspection process can be performed only in visible side and it must have the contrast ratio between the part and mold. INSERTION CONTROL

In this case the MOLDEYE INSPECTOR automatically inspects the position of inserts or quality of the part, while the mold and the empty cavity is ejected. MOLDEYE INSPECTOR prevents stray parts from damaging the mold by performing inspection and position adjustment during ejection.
